The Property consists of 10 claims, covering 160 hectares in the Hauy Township. It is easily accessed by a recent network of gravel lumber roads.

The Property is underlain by a thick sequence of mafic volcanics, intruded by minor gabbroic units. The NE trending Fancamp deformation couloir runs through the center of the Property. This structure hosts the Chevrier deposit (2.36Mt at 6.3g/t/Au*), 1700 m to the SW of the Property; the Chevrier South zone (230Mt at 0.3g/t/Au*), 3.2 km further to the SW and the East showing (180 000t at 3.59g/t/Au* ), 6 km to the NE of the Property.

The Property hosts the Hygrade showing, discovered by Malartic Hygrade in 1990 while drill testing various geophysical anomalies. Six drill holes tested 3 sections, spaced by 100 m. Significant intersections of 22.3g/t Au/0.82 m (CL-90-03), 7.69g/t Au/1.37 m (CL-90-04), 7.97g/t Au/1.0 m (CL-90-08) and 10.07g/t Au/1.37 m (CL-90-08) were found. The mineralized zone remains open in all directions and there was no follow-up as Malartic Hygrade went out of business shortly after the drilling.
